I am a Chopra-certified meditation instructor trained in Primordial Sound Meditation, a practice rooted in the ancient Vedic tradition that invites stillness, presence, and deep inner connection.
Meditation, for me, is not about achieving silence or perfection. It is about remembering, returning to yourself, breath by breath, moment by moment. In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, turning inward is a necessary practice of care, restoration, and reconnection.
Through meditation support, I offer guidance for people who are beginning, returning to practice, or seeking a more grounded and sustainable relationship with stillness. Our work may include meditation instruction, breath awareness, reflection, and support for integrating practice into the rhythms of your real life.
This work can stand on its own or complement therapy, coaching, caregiving, leadership, creative work, and other seasons of life.
