Remembering What it Means to be Well
At the heart of my work is a belief that healing is both personal and collective. The ways we learn to live, work, love, care, protect ourselves, and survive are shaped by our relationships, histories, bodies, cultures, and the systems around us.
I support people who are ready to engage deeply in their healing, growth, and becoming. People who are seeking more honest connection with themselves, more sustainable ways of living and working, and more freedom in how they relate to their lives and the people they love.
My work is rooted in clinical training, embodied care, meditation, and a deep commitment to the healing of mothers, women, families, and our wider collective. I bring particular care to the experiences of Black women and mothers, while also recognizing that our healing is interconnected. We need each other, across identities, roles, families, and communities, to create lives and systems where more of us can be well.
Working with me is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, tell the truth, and reconnect with the practices, relationships, and ways of being that support wholeness.
