COACHING
Coaching is a space for people who are ready to engage intentionally with their lives, relationships, work, identities, and becoming.
This work is especially supportive for those navigating transition, motherhood, caregiving, leadership, burnout, creative expansion, or the desire to live with more clarity, alignment, and sustainability. Together, we create space to slow down, listen honestly, challenge inherited narratives, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body, spirit, and lived experience.
My coaching approach integrates reflection, nervous system awareness, meditation, breathwork, and practical next steps. It is not psychotherapy, and it does not involve diagnosis or clinical treatment. Instead, it offers a grounded, relational space to support growth, integration, and meaningful change.
I work best with clients who are ready to show up consistently, reflect deeply, and engage with practices that support the work beyond our sessions.
